Return Policy
This Return Policy applies only to purchases completed directly through WhatsApp with AVE™ Cosmetics.
This policy does not apply to products purchased online through third-party websites, affiliate links, promotional links, or the official Mary Kay website. Products purchased directly from Mary Kay are subject to Mary Kay’s own return policy, terms, conditions, and customer support process.
1. WhatsApp Purchases Only
AVE™ Cosmetics may accept certain product orders, promotional requests, or customer purchase confirmations through WhatsApp. Any return request related to those WhatsApp purchases must be reviewed directly by AVE™ Cosmetics.
2. Online and Mary Kay Purchases Excluded
If a customer completes a purchase through an external website, affiliate link, official brand platform, or Mary Kay’s online store, the return is not handled by AVE™ Cosmetics.
In that case, the customer must contact the company, platform, or official website where the purchase was completed.
3. Return Eligibility
Returns for WhatsApp purchases may be accepted only after review. The product must generally be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original condition, with proof of purchase.
4. Used or Opened Products
For hygiene, safety, and product quality reasons, opened, used, tested, damaged, altered, or contaminated products may not be eligible for return.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the customer receives an incorrect or damaged item from a WhatsApp purchase, the customer should contact PiyayBoutik as soon as possible with proof of purchase, photos of the product, and a clear explanation of the issue.
6. Return Approval
Return approval is not automatic. AVE™ Cosmetics reserves the right to review each request based on the order details, product condition, delivery status, and reason for return.
7. Return Costs
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer may be responsible for any delivery, pickup, shipping, or return-related costs associated with a WhatsApp purchase return.
8. After a Return Is Approved
Once a return is approved and the product is received or verified, PiyayBoutik may offer a refund, exchange, replacement, or another agreed solution depending on the situation.

By completing a purchase through WhatsApp, the customer agrees to this Return Policy.
