Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies only to purchases completed directly through WhatsApp with AVE™ Cosmetics Companies.

This policy does not apply to products purchased online through third-party websites, affiliate links, or the official Mary Kay website. Products sold directly by Mary Kay are subject to Mary Kay’s own terms, conditions, refund policy, return policy, and customer support process.

1. WhatsApp Purchases Only

AVE™ Cosmetics Companies may allow customers to place certain orders or promotional product requests through WhatsApp. Any refund, exchange, or cancellation request related to those WhatsApp purchases must be reviewed directly by PiyayBoutik.

2. Non-Applicable Online Purchases

If a customer purchases a product through an external website, official brand platform, affiliate link, or Mary Kay’s online store, the order is not managed by AVE™ Cosmetics Companies for refund purposes.

In that case, the customer must contact the platform or company where the purchase was completed.

3. Refund Review

Refund requests for WhatsApp purchases are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not automatic and may depend on the product condition, order status, payment confirmation, delivery status, and the reason for the request.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives an incorrect or damaged item from a WhatsApp purchase, the customer must contact AVE™ Cosmetics Companies as soon as possible with proof of purchase, photos, and a clear explanation of the issue.

5. No Refund for Used or Opened Products

For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened, used, tested, damaged by the customer, or altered products may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

6. Cancellations

A WhatsApp order may be cancelled only if it has not yet been processed, prepared, shipped, delivered, or transferred to a third-party fulfillment process.

7. Payment Method

If a refund is approved, it may be issued through the original payment method or another agreed method, depending on the situation and payment channel used.

8. Contact

For refund questions related only to WhatsApp purchases, please contact AVE™ Cosmetics Companies or avecosmetico.com through the same WhatsApp number used to place the order.

By completing a purchase through WhatsApp, the customer agrees to this Refund Policy.
